Tanaë is a Belgian artist influenced by Lauryn Hill, Portishead and Amy Winehouse but also some icons of her generation such as Jorja Smith, Billie Eilish or Sevdaliza.

With her soulful voice and catchy pop melodies the young singer/songwriter makes you dance to urban rhythms or bewitches you with darker sounds.

Propelled to the forefront of the stage following the buzz of her version of Drake's 'One Dance' and a surprising reinterpretation of Aqua's 'Barbie Girl', she released her first EP "Introspection" in early 2018. 

A dozen festivals later and with several support acts in her pocket (Adam Naas, Jess Glynne, Typh Barrow, R.O & Konoba), Tanaë unveiled her debut album 'Talking To Myself' in May 2019. Co-composed and produced by Manu Freson of the label G-Major Records, the opus is widely acclaimed by the Belgian press.

Her career is launched and at the age of only 23, with more than 5 million streams on the counter, Tanaë becomes one of the most bankable artists on the French speaking Belgian scene with appearances at numerous festivals like Les Nuits Botanique, Ardentes, La Semo, Francofolies de Spa, Brussels Summer Festival and Solidarités. 

Early 2020, she was selected to perform at the coveted and prestigious Dutch Eurosonic Festival.

May 2020 saw the release of 'Listen', the first single from her forthcoming second album, due out in 2021.
